Traffic Operation Update
This afternoon, Team 2 PCSOs Angela and Lisa, alongside Special Constables, conducted a traffic operation on Lightbowne Road targeting speeding vehicles.

During the operation, 16 Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) were issued to drivers exceeding the speed limit. The speed limit on Lightbowne Road is 30 mph, with the highest recorded speed being 45 mph.

Speeding significantly increases the risk of collisions and the severity of injuries sustained in road traffic incidents. We will continue to carry out proactive traffic operations to improve road safety and address community concerns.
